Introduction to Quote & Order History
The Quote History & Order History are the different historical data lists in your account, allowing you to view historical information regarding specific customers or parts.
Data columns for the Quote History lists can include:
- Customer Name
- End Customer Name
- *Part ID
- Manufacturer Part Number
- Manufacturer Name
- Qty
- Resale
- Currency Code
- Date
- Registration Project ID
- Quote ID
- Registration ID
- Line No.
- Child Type
Data columns for the Order History lists can include:
- Customer Name
- End Customer Name
- *Part ID
- Manufacturer Part Number
- Manufacturer Name
- Qty
- Resale
- Currency Code
- Date
- Registration Project ID
- Quote ID
- Registration ID
- Line No.
- Child Type
- Sales Order
- Registration Project ID
- Quote ID
- Registration ID
- Sales Order Line Number
* Note - The columns with an asterisk are required fields.
The system also inputs the usage data from closed quotes into the Quote History section.
Please note the following:
- The data will be committed to Quote History when a specific quote is set to "Closed" Status.
- Information will only be saved about parts that are within your catalog.
Both the Quote History List and the Order History List pages show Customer Name and Part IDs as clickable. This will take you to that specific Customer or Part ID's page, where you can view all of its available historical information.
Admins can add information to the historical lists by either uploading documents or by adding lines individually.
Accessing your Parts Historical Data
When you add parts with historical data to your quote, the historical information will be available in the Price Details modal. Just simply click on either the Customer History or Part History tab.
