Use the Group Actions drop-down menu to update multiple lines at once.
First select the line items you want to update, then click the Group Actions button above your list:
In the Group Actions dropdown, you will see the following features:
- Adjust GP%: Update the GP% of your selected line items. This update will only be applied to selected line items that have Standard Cost available.
- Apply External Price: This feature only applies if you have External Price integrations (eg. with price optimization solutions such as Vendavo or Pricefx) set up for your instance of CPQ. This feature will call the External Price API we've set up for your instance, retrieve pricing, and populate your selected line items with recommended pricing.
- Apply Target Price: This feature will only work if you've mapped and uploaded Target Prices into your quote. If customer Target Prices are available, CPQ will populate your selected line items with these prices.
- Apply Suggested Price: When selected, CPQ will reference the pricing in Suggested Price column, and will apply them to the Quote Price column.
- Apply Suggested Quantity: When selected, CPQ will reference the quantity in Suggested Price column, and will apply them to the Quote Price column.
- Add Notes: Use this option to add either Internal Notes or External Notes to your selected lines.
- Select Quote Price Break: Select a specific Quote Price break for your selected line items.
- Update Assignees & Statuses: Update the Assignee, line item assignment Due Date, and Line Item Status with this Group Action option.
- Update Approval Status: This feature is only available for line items that require approvals. Update the Approval Status of your selected line items with this option.
- Update Bid Status: You can mark lines as "Bid" or "No Bid" using this Bid Status feature.
