The Catalog is a list of all the Part Numbers managed in your account. Data columns in the catalog can include: 

  • *Part ID
  • *Manufacturer Part Number
  • Manufacturer Code
  • *Manufacturer Name
  • Category
  • Stock
  • UOM
  • *Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
  • *Lead Time
  • Minimum Package Quantity
  • Packing Method
  • Tariff Type
  • Tariff Code
  • Life Cycle Status

* Note - The columns with an asterisk are required fields.

You can search through the different categories using the search bar.

Each of the Part IDs are clickable and will take you to a part detail page that can display:

  • Item Details
  • Subitems
  • Cross References
  • Quote History
  • Order History
  • Contract Price
  • Registration Price
  • Standard Cost
  • Book Price
  • Web Price
  • Assets

Admins can add information for catalog, inventory, or cross references (Xref alternates) by either uploading documents or by adding individual lines.

Clicking into any part will navigate you to the Part Details page. This page contains data you have entered for the selected part and also information directly from Supplyframe's Intelligence.

Admin users can edit existing part data, as well as add and remove records directly from this page without having to go to other feed pages to make these changes. Edits can be made via the Edit Part button in the top left of the left Item Details section. You can also manage its Metadata.

Assets

Within the Assets tab on the far right, you can add assets files for your parts. The following types of assets can be attached to your parts:

  • Product images

  • User guides & manuals

  • Videos

  • Prior Quotes & Orders

  • Contracts

  • Links
