The Customers page is a list of all the customers managed in your account. Data columns for the Customers list can include:
- *Customer ID
- *Customer Name
- Customer Type
- Customer Category
- Region
- Country
- Country Code
- Currency Code
Each of the Customer IDs are clickable and will take you to the Customer Details page, which displays the customer and contact details. You can edit your customer contacts directly from each customer page.
For contacts, you can include the following information:
- *First Name
- *Last Name
- Job Title
- Phone Number
- Phone Type
- Currency
- Address
- City
- Sate
- Zip Code
- Country
Note - The columns with an asterisk(*) are required fields.
Admins can add information for the customer or customer contacts by either uploading documents or by adding them individually.
