CPQ can look up parts to find possible crosses/alternates through its Part Intelligence. To search for potential alternatives for any given part, click on the Part Intelligence icon to the right of your MPN.
This open the Parts Intelligence side bar on the right. Click on the Xref tab to view both FFF Equivalents and Functional Equivalents.
You can click on each alternate to compare its Part Intelligence side by side in comparison to the original part.
It will display All Stats or you can click on Differences Only to compare only the differences between them.
You can also add a single part to any of your quotes by clicking on +Add New Part above your lines and typing the part number into the Add Part Number field, along with CPN and quantities, then click Add Part to add it to your quote. When it's added to your quote you'll be able to view any alternates for that part.
