Admins have the ability to configure line item statuses. From your profile icon drop down, navigate to System Settings and then click on the Line Item Statuses section.

The default application settings for line item statuses are the following:

  • In Progress - This status is applied to all newly uploaded line items by default.
  • In Review
  • Complete

In the Line Item Statuses section, when an admin clicks on the New Status button, the system will add a new row below the last status in the table. The text within this new row will show as "New Status" until the status name is updated. You can also create a unique shorthand code (up to 20 characters, including numbers and special symbols), choose a Color for the status, see a Preview, and delete line item statuses. Click on Save when finished with your updates.
