In order to display Registration Pricing within self-uploaded quotes, you must enter their Registration Project ID during the ‘Create New Quote’ process. Supplyframe will only display registration pricing for line items that correspond to the project ID you enter into this field. Line items that do not match the specific project ID will abide by and display any Pricing Rules the supplier admin has specified for the customer.
After the RFQ has been uploaded the Registration Project ID will display in the Project Details section:
Changing Registration Project ID
If the Registration Project ID must be updated, you can change this ID via Quote's Settings.
Then click on Save to finish. After updating the Registration Project ID, CPQ will automatically refresh the quote and pull in any relevant registration pricing tied to the project ID for line items that apply.
Registration Pricing Flag
For line items that match the customer uploading the quote as well as the Registration Project ID specified in the list, a green "RP" flag will display in the price column to signify that Registration Pricing has been pulled in for this line.
